Bevin Mahon
Managing Director
Bevin Mahon is the CEO of Dentaltech Group and President of the All-Ireland Business Foundation. Since 2001, she has transformed her family's business into an award-winning pioneer in digital dentistry and accessible care. Under her leadership, Dentaltech has grown into Ireland's largest provider of mobile dental services for nursing homes, leveraging advanced technologies like CAD design and 3D printing. An internationally recognized leader and health pioneer, Bevin is also deeply committed to mentoring female entrepreneurs and fostering a collaborative, supportive workplace.
Samuel Silva
Laboratory Manager
Samuel holds a degree in Industrial Design from the Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, Portugal. Drawing on a diverse background in CNC manufacturing, architecture, and ceramics, he transitioned into the dental field to provide expertise in digital design and manufacturing. He is committed to delivering the highest quality work to clinics and is driven by the opportunity to improve patients' quality of life through dental medical devices. In his free time, Samuel enjoys sailing, bikepacking, reading, playing guitar, and painting.
Anushka Pillai
Laboratory Administrator
Holding a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Kerala University, India, and backed by five years of clinical experience, Anushka joined Dentaltech to bridge the gap between dentistry's clinical and laboratory sides. She excels at optimizing workflows and fostering teamwork to support excellent patient care. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and playing weekend sports like badminton and cricket.
Olga Popova
Head of Marketing & Sales
As Head of Marketing & Sales, Olga brings a wealth of global experience and a Master’s degree in Management from Moscow State University. A dedicated entrepreneur, she has run a successful fitness and dance studio since 2010, helping over 25,000 people positively transform their lives. Before joining Dentaltech in 2025, Olga excelled as an international marketing consultant, managing high-performing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google for businesses in the tourism, healthcare, IT, and renovation industries. She is deeply passionate about her role at Dentaltech, driven by a desire to promote modern technologies and help patients access the latest in pain-free treatments. Outside of work, Olga is the author of three books, runs a popular TikTok account (@ollanicko) based on the idea “See Russia Through My Eyes,” and spends her free time developing a new political programme for Russia.
David McCarthy
Quality Assurance Officer & Dental Technician
David brings over eight years of experience in the dental industry, specializing in all aspects of dentures and prosthetics. A Trinity College Dublin alumnus, he is passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and loves sharing his technical expertise with his colleagues. Outside the lab, David is an avid music fan, miniature painter, and Warhammer enthusiast.
Xanthippi Gkarli
Head of the Digital Prosthetics Department & Dental Technician
A 2021 graduate from the Department of Dental Technology of the University of West Attica in Greece, Xanthippi initially joined DentalTech as an intern for her postgraduate studies equipped with a handful of years of work experience. Today, she leads the company's digital workflows, utilizing cutting-edge materials and technologies to deliver top-tier prosthetics that restore patients' smiles and quality of life. In her leisure time, she loves exploring Dublin and soaking up Irish culture.
Justyna Sienica Filus
Ortho Technician
Justyna studied at the Faculty of Medical Sciences in Zabrze, Poland, driven by a lifelong interest in dentistry and dental care. She channels her passion into creating precise ortho solutions that make a real difference for patients. Outside of work, Justyna enjoys reading, hiking, and finds that cleaning is a surprisingly relaxing way to unwind.
João Marco de Paula
Dental Technician
With over 15 years of experience in removable prosthetics, João trained in Brazil before bringing his expertise to the team. He seamlessly blends traditional techniques with modern digital workflows to craft functional, aesthetic solutions that boost patients' confidence. Away from work, João loves spending time with his family, cooking, exercising, and listening to music.
Ayman Siyam
Dental Technician
Ayman holds a Bachelor's in Dental Prosthetic Technology from Egypt and completed postgraduate studies at Columbus University in Ohio. Drawn to the field by a love for sculpting, he is dedicated to restoring smiles and building patient confidence through his artistry. Currently, he is focused on integrating AI with the latest 3D printing technology to keep the clinic at the forefront of digital dentistry.
Julian Agüero
Dental CAD/CAM Technician
Julian is a Dental Prosthetics Technician with over a decade of experience in the field. A graduate of the University of Morón, Argentina, he has spent the last three years specializing in digital dental design, utilizing technology to create precise and functional aesthetic results. Julian focuses on restoring both the essential functionality of a smile and the patient's confidence. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, exploring coffee culture, and playing the guitar.
Brendan Murray
Facilities Manager
As the Facilities Manager, Brendan ensures that the laboratory operates flawlessly. He is deeply committed to maintaining a highly efficient and safe environment, empowering the entire team to deliver their best work and provide excellent care. Outside of work, Brendan loves spending quality time with his family, catching the latest releases at the cinema, and listening to good music.
Robert Berigan
Driver
Robert serves as a dedicated Driver, committed to ensuring that every dental case is delivered safely and strictly on schedule. He understands the importance of reliability in patient care and takes pride in providing a seamless service for the team and clinics. Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his family, catching up on sports, and traveling.
